Does my city change its clock during the year?

Most countries that observe daylight saving time move their clocks by one hour twice a year; some abolished it, and some never had it. The IANA time zone database behind these clocks records 44 changes to daylight saving rules across 28 rule sets, and the reference page lists every one of them with the cities it affects.
